Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion, in effect, to stay her eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2008, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated March 26, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
