Separate applications by the respondents Grace Industries/El Sol Contracting & Construction, a joint venture, and Grace Industries, Inc., and the Industries/El Sol Contracting and Construction Corp. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 19, 2008.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until July 20, 2009, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
