Renewed motion by the appellant to continue his poor person status on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated October 19, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the provisions of the decision and order on motion of this court dated February 19, 2008, continuing poor person status to the appellant are reinstated, and the appellant's poor person status is continued.
