Motion by the respondents for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered April 6, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before August 14, 2009; and it is further,
