| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue that branch of her prior motion which was to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 27, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for leave to renew those branches of her prior motion which were for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated May 26, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue that branch of the prior motion which was to stay enforcement of the order dated March 27, 2009, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to renew those branches of her prior motion which were for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel is denied, with leave to renew on or before July 10, 2009, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, including whether the appellant owns her current residence, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses.
