DECISION
Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by August 7, 2009.
On the court's own motion, stay of sentence contained in order of this court dated January 27, 2009 is continued pending determination of appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected by August 7, 2009.
In the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay on 3 days' notice.
