Appeals by Jeffrey Calvin Johnson from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated April 30, 2009. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Kenneth Diamond, Esq., dated June 5, 2009, it is
