Separate motions by the appellant to stay the trials in the above-entitled actions pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both entered March 20, 2009, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to stay the trials are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to consolidate the appeals are granted to the extent that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day, and those branches of the motion are otherwise denied.
