Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 16, 2009, insofar as it releases the subject children to Nahela H. with supervision and to continue custody of the subject children with Administration for Children's Services, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
