DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to be provided with certain documents to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered October 31, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the court, or his designee, shall furnish a copy of the docket sheets of the above-entitled action in the County Court, Nassau County to the appellant, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until August 14, 2009, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
