Application by the respondents Town of Orangetown and Town of Ramapo pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated February 24, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 3, 2009, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before July 24, 2009.
