On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 11, 2009, in the above-entitled case, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated December 17, 2008, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the word "Dutchess," and substituting therefor the word "Rockland".
