DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to be relieved of an assignment to prosecute an appeal from an amended judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered April 4, 2006. On June 2, 2009, the movant filed a brief in accordance with Anders v California, 386 US 738.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
