DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Stratos George on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated December 23, 2008, in effect, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 27, 2009, as dismissed his purported cross appeal from the order docked under Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02891.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the second decretal paragraph of the decision and order on motion dated April 27, 2009, is vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the purported cross appeal from the order docked under Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02891 is reinstated as an appeal from the order docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-05767, which denied his objections to a certain order of the Family Court, Nassau County.
