Application by the petitioner-respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 12, 2007, to substitute William Jennings, administrator of the estate of Mattie L. Hammond, a/k/a Mattie Lou Hammond, for the deceased petitioner Mattie Lou Hammond.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and William Jennings, administrator of the estate of Mattie L. Hammond, a/k/a Mattie Lou Hammond, is substituted for the deceased petitioner Mattie Lou Hammond, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
