It is Ordered that the motions for a continuation of the stay and for an extension of the time to perfect their appeal are granted on condition that the appeal is perfected by the October 2009 term of this Court. Accruing use and occupancy is to be tendered to landlord-respondent, without prejudice. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the orders of this Court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
