ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 8, 2009, and its scheduling order dated May 19, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 12, 2009, are amended by deleting the date "January 9, 2009", and substituting therefor the date "January 12, 2009."
