ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 1, 2009, in the above-entitled appeal, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 15, 2008, is amended by deleting from first decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 29, 2009", and substituting therefor the date "June 30, 2009".
