Motion by Sandra Jiminez Zuluaga on appeals and cross appeals from two money judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 23, 2009, and March 9, 2009, respectively, for leave to renew her opposition to that branch of a motion by Fabian Ospina Diaz which was to stay enforcement of the money judgments, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated June 8, 2009, and to vacate the stay granted by the decision and order on motion dated June 8, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
