| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Gladys Carrion and the New York State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 30, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of Gladys Carrion and the New York State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 24, 2009, and the brief of Gladys Carrion and the New York State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until August 17, 2009, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
