Motion by the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus, inter alia, to stay the respondents from examining certain attorney files seized on February 3, 2009, from his law office, pending hearing and determination of the proceeding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
