| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 2, 2008, as well as an order of the same court entered December 11, 2008, directing the turnover of certain items contained in a certain safety deposit box, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated October 2, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
