Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Linda Gehron, sworn April 24, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the stay granted by Acting Justice Brunetti is extended on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before September 15, 2009 .
