Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 4, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, on condition that the appellant post a bond in the sum of $1,050 and to set a deposition date for a certain nonparty witness.
