ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 11, 2008, and its decision and order on motion dated August 18, 2008, in the above-entitled matters, which assigned counsel to the appellant, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated July 1, 2008, are amended by deleting the address for Kenneth M. Tuccillo, Esq., "251 E. 61st Street, New York, New York 10021," and substituting therefor the address "385 Warburton Avenue, Suite Six, Hastings on Hudson, New York 10706."
