Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 23, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for leave to reargue those branches of her prior motion which were to waive the filing fee, for free transcripts, and for the assignment of counsel, which were determined by decision and order on motion dated June 5, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
