| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 25, 2008, and March 25, 2009, respectively. Cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted and the appeals will be calendared expeditiously.
