ORDERED that its order to show cause dated June 25, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which held in abeyance a motion by appellant pro se, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 6, 2000, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the date "December 6, 2008", and substituting therefor the date "December 6, 2000".
