Motion by the respondents to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 9, 2007, and October 11, 2007, respectively, on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic. Application by the appellants to withdraw the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal is marked withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
