ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondents Moshe Scher, David Eckstein, Elias A. Horowitz, Berl Friedman, Isack Rosenberg, Sandor Oberlander, David Markowitz, Ben Weczberger, David Hauer, and Central Congregation Yetev Lev D'Satmar, Inc., on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 22, 2008, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate application by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the stipulation of the parties, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 8, 2009, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed in accordance with the parties' stipulation on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before September 25, 2009.
