On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 13, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated February 3, 2009, is amended by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph thereof the words "153 Orange Avenue", and substituting therefor the words "158 Orange Avenue".
