On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 13, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which dismissed appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 26, 2009, and an order of the same court dated November 21, 2008, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "November 20, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "November 21, 2008".
