| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file less than nine copies of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 25, 2007. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to file less than nine copies of the supplemental pro se brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge time is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before September 14, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
