| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 23, 2007, in effect, for leave to withdraw his supplemental pro se brief and file a replacement supplemental pro se brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's shall serve and file the replacement supplemental pro se brief on or before August 27, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental pro se brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
