An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 15, 2008, and petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve its brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Sara J. Langan, Esq., dated June 22, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
