Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 28, 2009, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in an action entitled Karasik v Kuper, pending in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index No. 8947/09, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
