On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 13, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by appellant, on appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 7, 2008, and a resentence of the same court imposed February 26, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption the words "Ind. No. 806-01", and substituting therefor the words "Ind. Nos. 806-01, 3686-07".
