On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 13, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 20, 2007", and substituting therefor the words "a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 19, 2008".
