Applications by the respondents New York Racing Association, Inc., Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and National Events Group, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 16, 2006.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until August 14, 2009, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
