Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondent Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., from removing the sum of $34, 221.78 from the appellant's account with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., pending hearing an determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 26, 2009.
