Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondent and Peter Piddoubny, Esq., as co-administrators of the estate of Daoud Farraj, a/k/a David I. Farraj, from commencing any action to evict the appellant from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated April 14, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
