On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 10, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which denied, with leave to renew, a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 12, 2009, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "appeals from two orders" , and substituting therefor the words "appeal from an order".
