Motion by the attorney for the child, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 24, 2008, on the ground that it was rendered academic when the subject child reached the age of majority. Applications by the attorney for the child and the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the applications, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are denied as academic.
