Application by Robert Katulak, as executor of the estate of John Katulak, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both dated January 7, 2008, to substitute Robert Katulak, as executor of the estate of John Katulak, for the deceased defendant John J. Katulak.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Robert Katulak, as executor of the estate of John Katulak, is substituted for the deceased defendant John J. Katulak, and the caption is amended accordingly.
