On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 17, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the appellant and a cross motion by the respondent, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 17, 2008, and April 1, 2009, respectively, is amended by deleting from second decretal paragraph the date "August 1, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "August 3, 2009," and by deleting from final decretal paragraph the date "August 16, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "August 17, 2009."
