DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 27, 2009, and June 23, 2009, respectively, to stay the Family Court, Kings County, from turning over the court file in the above-entitled action to the Nassau County District Attorney and, if the file has been provided to the Nassau County District Attorney to enjoin the Nassau County District Attorney from reviewing or using the court file, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Family Court, Kings County, is stayed from turning over the court file in the above-entitled action to the Nassau County District Attorney and, if the file has been provided to the Nassau County, District Attorney, the Nassau County District Attorney is enjoined from reviewing or using the court file, pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated.
