ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 10, 2009, in the above-entitled case, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered April 1, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the name "Josue St. John", and substituting therefor the name "Josue St. Jean".
