Brown, Gary, et al v Robards, David, et al
It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrants of eviction in the five apartments involved herein and the hearing provided that the appellants: 1- continue to pay for accruing use and occupancy to the petitioner, at the rates previously payable as rent, without prejudice; and 2- perfect the appeal(s) by no later than the October 2009 term - the filing deadline is August 10, 2009. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The appeals may proceed on the original record(s) of the trial court.
