Motion by the United States Fire Insurance Company to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 27, 2009, and March 2, 2009, respectively, or to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same day.
