| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 25, 2008, and a judgment of the same court dated March 13, 2008, in effect, for leave to file a replacement appellants' brief correcting citation errors in the original brief and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to file a replacement appellants' brief correcting citation errors in the original brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before July 30, 2009.
